We kicked off the 2014 wedding season in Ridgefield, CT photographing Aziza & Zeeshan’s beautiful wedding reception held at the historic Lounsbury House. I know we say it a lot, but we feel like the luckiest people in the world to be photographing weddings & engagements as our profession AND the icing on the cake is sometimes we even get hired to travel for these amazing events. We planned to arrive a few days early for Aziza & Zeeshan’s wedding because you never know what the winter’s will bring and luckily, we just missed the biggest winter storms of the year. When we arrived at our hotel, we were the only car in the parking lot because business had pretty much been shut down for the last three days! Though the weather remained cold for A & Z’s wedding day, we managed to pull them outside for a few portraits & the warmth inside the wedding made inside for it. Aziza & Zeeshan come from the most welcoming families & we were so happy to be a part of their day. We can’t thank Aziza & Zeeshan enough for starting our year off on an amazing note.
