When we found out the Meseke Family would be in New York City the same time we were going to be there, we literally exploded with joy! We had recently decided to swap family sessions with these awesome people so we knew it would be perfect to complete their family session in Dumbo, Brooklyn where Michael proposed to Alexandra , (and where they lived for years before moving back to Rochester). So, Brian and Alexandra started both geeking out about film a little before we traded sessions and somewhere between that they both decided they would shoot the sessions on film. And today we got back their scans and we’re swooning. This family is incredible inside and out and we’re so happy to capture them in this very special place.
